When does justin bieber go on tour 2011?

I want to take my niece and I'm not sure when he'll be goin on tour. please help. Please dont hate, i just need to know a simple answer. Keep your comments to yourself please. Haha I'm waiting for him to announce his tour too. It's starting in October but there are no dates or lacerations yet. Selena Gomez is going on tour this October if you need dates and locations fast, they're dating so it might be nice to see her as well.
