Is there a job that has you deciding what songs are released as singles off a album?

I have recently discovered that I have an ability to predict/pick out hit songs. Like on Leona Lewis's debut cd, I would've released "Take A Bow" because it would've been an obvious hit. A much better one than Rihana's. You should work with music producers. they have listening parties and such.
