Why is we are young by fun not on American top 40?

its been number 1 on itunes for over 2 weeks now. I love the song, so why isn't it on at40 The media master determine what will be top 40....... Look at all the No Talent rappers on top 40.... No talent crap - and somehow its got high ratings..... This means 1 of 2 things...... # 1 - its rigged on who gets to be top 40..... # 2 people are stupid....
